Columbiana County Grand Jury

LISBON — Sharon Herron, 46, Etruria Street, East Liverpool, was served Friday with a secret indictment issued by the Columbiana County Grand Jury for two counts of possession of drugs and one count possession of cocaine, all fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing cocaine, alprazolam and buprenorphine on March 23, 2022.

Also served with secret indictments, on Thursday, were:

— Joseph Koffel, 54, Smithfield Street, East Liverpool, aggravated possession of drugs and aggravated trafficking in drugs, both third-degree felonies, for allegedly possessing and attempting to sell methamphetamine in an amount equal to or greater than bulk, but less that five times the bulk amount.

— Thomas Phillips Jr., 50, South Egypt Road, Salem, nonsupport of dependents, a fifth-degree felony, for allegedly failing to pay child support for one child from Feb. 28, 2021 through Feb. 26, 2023.
