LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a Lisbon man was bound over to the grand jury for allegedly assaulting a woman who was holding an infant. Robert Endres, 34, Rose Drive, Lisbon, was bound over, charged with two counts of fourth-degree felony domestic violence. Endres allegedly assaulted the female holding an infant by pinning the female to the wall and knocking her over at his residence and trying to grab the child out of her arms on May 11. Deputies noted scratches to the woman’s hands and face.
A preliminary hearing was set May 25 for Tia Miller, 33, Martin Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with third-degree felony having a weapon under disability. Miller allegedly admitted to possession of a handgun during a traffic stop on state Route 11 on May 12. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reportedly located the firearm and a magazine in Miller’s purse beneath the driver’s seat. Miller was a fugitive from justice.
A preliminary hearing was set May 25 for Dustin Martin, 36, Warren, charged with fourth-degree felony domestic violence. Martin allegedly caused physical harm to a woman at a residence on Steubenville Pike Road in Lisbon on Jan. 21, by choking her, throwing her to the floor and causing her to lose consciousness.
James Laughlin, 32, Dutchtown School Road, Rogers, was bound over to the county grand jury, charged with fifth-degree felony domestic violence. Rogers allegedly kicked a pregnant woman in the buttocks during an altercation at the Y-Inn Bar and Grill on state Route 7 in Rogers on Oct. 7.
Malik Pullie, 26, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was bound over to the county grand jury, charged with third-degree felony failure to comply. Pullie allegedly did not stop for an attempted traffic stop and led police on a pursuit on May 10. The pursuit reportedly traveled through a residential school zone at high rates of speed with teachers and students outside. Pullie was also sentenced to 29 days in jail suspended with credit for seven days and fined $180 dollars for driving under suspension and no seatbelt.
A preliminary hearing was set for May 25 for Kaleb Stillwell, 18, Echo Dell Road, charged with third-degree felony endangering children, third-degree felony failure to comply, no operator’s license, failure to control lights required and speed. Stillwell allegedly failed to stop for an attempted traffic stop on 11th Street in Wellsville and a chase pursued to state Route 7 where the vehicle crashed into a hill on May 14. Stillwell reportedly fled the scene and was later apprehended. A juvenile was a passenger in the vehicle during the pursuit.
Marcie McMannis, 47, Albright Avenue, Columbiana, was bound over to the county grand jury on charges of illegal use of possession of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree felony possession of drugs. Law enforcement reportedly discovered a baggie with an oxycodone and several pieces of drug paraphernalia during the execution of a search warrant on McMannis’ residence.
James Vint, 22, West Pershing Street, Salem, was sentenced to 100 days in jail with credit for 13 served and fined $400 for aggravated menacing and assault. Vint threatened to kick the door in at a residence at Steubenville Pike Road over a personal property dispute on April 23 and previously threatened the resident with a firearm.
A pretrial hearing was set May 30 for William Aragon, 40, Independence Square, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence. Aragon allegedly headbutted a female leaving a knot on her head during an altercation on Cleveland Avenue in East Liverpool on Aug. 8.
A pretrial hearing was set May 30 for Jerome Flenory, 35, Alliance, charged with domestic violence and possession of marijuana. Flenory allegedly made threats of violence during a domestic disturbance at his residence and a green leafy substance was found in his pocket when officers responded on May 19.
A pretrial hearing was set Aug. 15 for Wilma Williams, Orchard Grove, East Liverpool, charged with four counts of failure to pay city income tax. Williams allegedly failed to make income-tax remittances for an unpaid balance of $5,798.
Jamie Rambo, 35, South Market Street, East Palestine, was fined $450 and sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for 30 days served for possession of a drug abuse instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing official business. Rambo was arrested by U.S. Marshals during an execution of a warrant on March 28 for failure to appear out of Columbiana County. During a search of Ramb’s residence, four spoons with narcotics still in them, five crack pipes, a digital scale with drug residue, a container of unknown substance and five hypodermic needles were found.
A pretrial hearing was set Aug. 14 for Rickey O’Hanlon, 18, Mick Road, Wellsville, charged with operating a vehicle under the influence and left of center.
Mincie Fluharty, 36, Damascus, was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three days served and 40 hours of community service for OVI.
Chase Klein, 28, St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, was fined $875 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 suspended and credit for three served and 20 hours community service for OVI.
A pretrial hearing was set Aug.15 for Brandon Seddon, 31, Vine Street, Salem, charged with OVI and marked lanes.
A pretrial hearing was set Aug. 10 for Nicole Holland, 30, Weirton, charged with OVI, failure to stop after an accident and assured clear distance.
A pretrial hearing was set Aug. 14 for Luke Janci,28, Walnut Street, Leetonia, charged with OVI and parking on the highway.
