LISBON — Zachary K. Humphreys, 27, Walnut Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment charging him with counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony, alleging he was facilitating fraud by using counterfeit U.S. money on March 24, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
A secret indictment also was served to Mia N. Sheets, 30, Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, charged with aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony. On Dec. 31, 2019, Sheets was allegedly found with at least the bulk amount of methamphetamines, but less than five times the bulk amount.
LISBON — A March 1 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Kierra D. Raynes, 23, Grant Street, Lisbon, charged with endangering children, a fourth-degree felony. Raynes is accused of allowing her one and a half-year-old daughter to be outside in the cold in only a shirt and diaper on Jan. 10, while she and a co-defendant, Trevor O. Barr, were both asleep in bed.
An April 8 pretrial was set for Monica Lee Campanelli, 40, North Lincoln Avenue, Salem, charged with OVI first offense and a taillights violation.
An April 5 pretrial was set for Marcus A. Prendes, 37, Iowa Street, Wellsville, charged with two counts of assault for allegedly entering a neighboring yard Wellsville and starting a fight with Gary Malone, then grabbing the arm of Amy Black, Malone’s girlfriend, and threatening her when she tried to stop the assault.
A March 1 pretrial was set for Justin E. Johnson, 41, Park Court, Columbiana, charged with domestic violence for allegedly pushing Jinniska B. Marti onto the bed, pushing against her chest and neck with his arms, choking her and telling her he was going to kill her on Friday.
A Feb. 25 pretrial was set for Timothy J. O’Neil Jr., 24, Dyke Road, Rogers, charged with assault for allegedly punching Angie Perkins in the cheek twice on Thursday.
An April 1 pretrial was set for Kacey A. Rohaley, 52, West Pershing Street, Salem, cited with drug paraphernalia for allegedly having a glass pipe with drug residue in her purse on Monday.
An April 6 pretrial was set for David Michael Liptay, 19, state Route 14, Columbiana, charged with driving under a 12-point suspension and a headlights violation. He was fined $50 for a speeding violation.
Steven E. Cunningham, 30, Erie Street, East Liverpool, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.
