LISBON -- In Common Pleas Court, Sarah A. Wutrick, 34, Speidel Road, East Rochester, pleaded guilty to trespass in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony. Sentencing is set for March 11. Wutrick faces up to 18 months in prison, a $5,000 fine and a licenses suspension of up to five years. Wutrick broke into a home on Rochester Road in West Township on Oct. 21, 2019 and when deputies arrived, they found her screaming, swinging a set of deer antlers while holding a plastic lid in her other hand and refusing to calm down.
Curtis J. McKinnon, 24, Youngstown, was placed on three years community control for tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs. On Sept. 19, 2019, McKinnon impaired the ability of authorities to find two baggies of controlled substance and was found to have cocaine, a fentanyl-related compound and carfentanil.
William S. McMillan, 27, Scroggs Road, Lisbon, was placed on three years community control including a term at the Eastern Ohio Correctional Center. McMillan was sentenced after pleading guilty in October to possession of cocaine for having the substance on May 2, 2019.
Sara J. Eason, 27, Grant Street, Lisbon, pleaded to a misdemeanor assault charge, a lesser offense to the second-degree felony assault charge she was initially facing. Eason was sentenced to six months in jail with 176 days suspended. She was placed on four years community control. Eason had harmed an 84-year-old woman, Darlene Cutchall, on Feb. 2, 2020.
Grand Jury
LISBON -- David Jason Sisco, 30, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, was served a secret indictment charging him with aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony. Sisco allegedly was involved in a theft offense involving Fredda A. Roberts, during which he brandished or indicated he had a switchblade knife on March 11, 2020. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in January.
Municipal
LISBON -- A Feb. 1 preliminary hearing was set in county Municipal Court for Steven M. Colian, 61, Prospect Street Extension, Salem, charged with domestic violence for allegedly punching, choking and dragging Deanna Moschella by the hair on Jan. 13. A Feb. 11 pretrial was set for Colian, who is also cited with possession of drug abuse instrument and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia for allegedly having two glass narcotics pipes, burnt spoon, three syringes and a blue rubber torniquet on Dec. 6.
Deanna D. Moschella, 41, Youngstown, was credited with a day in jail, sentenced to an additional 29 days in jail and fined $250 for resisting arrest for pulling away and requiring Perry Township police to physically remove her from a basement on Monday. A Feb. 1 preliminary hearing was scheduled for Moschella, on an obstructing justice charge for allegedly refusing to leave the house so K-9 Simon could be sent in to look for Colian.
Brandon M. Huff, 26, Campbell Road, Hanoverton, was bound over to the grand jury on a charge of assault on a corrections officer. Huff allegedly harmed corrections officer Zach Martin by biting him in the hand and arm and spitting in his face when Huff was incarcerated at the county jail on Jan. 3.
John Seddon IV, 36, Barclay Avenue, Salem, was fined $1,425, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense, driving under suspension, failure to yield and left of center.
A Jan. 28 arraignment was set for Randy A. Martin, 34, Broadway, Wellsville, charged with carrying a concealed weapon, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and drug paraphernalia for allegedly abandoning a vehicle in the roadway when Wellsville police turned around to stop it for speeding and leaving a machete on the floorboard, a black pouch containing a meth pipe, his birth certificate, Social Security card and about 30 credit cards in various names in the glove box on Nov. 28.
Karen L. Giovenco, 68, Steubenville Pike, Lisbon, was fined $875, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI first offense.
A March 16 pretrial was set for Zachary Eugene Rock, 37, Pittsburgh, Pa., cited with OVI first offense.
A Feb. 1 pretrial was set for Ryan M. Hoschar, 24, Boston Street, Washingtonville, cited with endangering children, possession of drug abuse instruments and obstructing official business. On Thursday, Hoschar was inside the home of Carly Williams in New Waterford, leaving a bottle cap of suspected narcotics on the bathroom sink with a cut straw, as well as a sweatshirt on the floor with a portion of a blue pill in the pocket while there were two children, ages 6 and 1, inside the home. Hoschar reportedly fled on foot when he heard police were being called. While checking the path where Hoschar fled, police reportedly found a syringe next to a pair of shoes belonging to Williams and taken from her home.
Richard McCoy, 69, Grafton Road, Leetonia, was fined $400, had his license suspended for six months and required 20 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
A March 2 pretrial was set for Vicky J. Grindle, 48, Woodsdale Road, Hanoverton, charged with OVI first offense.
Michelle Lynn Rauch, 45, Hunter Camp Road, Lisbon, was fined $300, had her license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 20 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from OVI first offense.
A March 23 pretrial was set for Tammy L. Cope, 45, Richardson Avenue, Negley, charged with theft for allegedly grabbing multiple items and only scanning one or two before attempting to leave the Salem Walmart without paying for about $80 in merchandise on Saturday.
A Jan. 28 pretrial was set for Tricia A. Watson, 37East Fourth Street, Salem, cited with obstructing official business and criminal damaging for allegedly smashing a windshield of Mark R. Gaul's vehicle with a fire extinguisher, throwing eggs at a wall and then hiding behind a couch from Salem police when they came to speak to her about the vehicle about 30 minutes later on Jan. 19.
Justin L. Echols, 42, Dakota Street, East Liverpool, had a felony charge of failure to verify his address dismissed due to the same case being sent to the grand jury.
Zachary W. Wright, 31, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, was fined $350 and required 10 hours community service for failure to control and reckless operation amended from leaving the scene.
Danielle Joy Bowers, 30, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for complicity to theft for helping Trevor Heiney steal a catalytic converter from a 2004 GMC box truck parked near Dan's Auto Repair on East Taggart Street, East Palestine on Aug. 9.
Timothy S. McQuillan, 48, Youngstown, was fined $275 for driving under suspension and speeding.
A March 4 pretrial was set for Barbara J. Cox, 48, Bacon Avenue, East Palestine, cited with driving under suspension.
A March 16 pretrial was set for Ruthann M. Rose, 37, Seigler Road, Salineville, cited with driving under FRA suspension.
Citations of underage consumption and open container against Benjamin Phillip Conrad, 19, Uniontown, were dismissed. Conrad was fined $400, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 40 hours community service for OVI underage and failure to control.
Tyler Lee Knox, 27, Farrell, Pa., was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
Parrish Rashard Thurman, 31, Southfield, Mich., was fined $150 for an equipment violation amended from speeding.
Kyle Marvin Stevens, 24, Austintown, was fined $305 for driving under suspension, speeding and a seat belt violation.

EAST LIVERPOOL -- In East Liverpool Municipal Court, Amanda R. Ogle, Gipner Avenue, was set for pretrial Thursday on charges of obstructing official business and possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia. She also was fined $580 on charges of driving under suspension (two counts), lanes of travel and failure to signal.
Jeffery P. Husk, Pittsburgh, was fined $50 for failure to yield.
Thomas Covert, Virginia Avenue, was fined $100 for littering and deposit of tires.
Timothy S. Hannan Jr., Irondale, was set March 30 for a pretrial on charges of possession of marijuana, no operator's license and fictitious plates.
Brady M. Slagen, Louise Avenue, was set for a pretrial March 18 on a theft charge.
