LISBON — An April 23 pretrial was set in County Municipal Court for Christina L. Todd, 41, North Ellsworth Avenue, Salem, charged with obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and domestic violence. On Monday, Todd allegedly was highly intoxicated when she reportedly clinched her fists, acted like she was going to hit Robert J. Crespo, told him she was going to kill him and then charged at Salem patrolman Mike Garber when he attempted to intervein. She additionally, allegedly, failed to follow the commands of officers and took a threatening stance with them.
An April 2 pretrial was set for Zachary M. Brautigam, 27, state Route 45, Salem, charged with endangering children and two counts of domestic violence for allegedly threatening Brittany Ketchum, who is pregnant and was trying to protect her 6-year-old son Brautigam had injured. Additionally, Brautigam reportedly threatened to kill her unborn child on Monday.
A March 26 pretrial was set for Cody A. Lawson, 23, Lake Milton, charged with receiving stolen property for allegedly having stolen jewelry found inside an abandoned Chevy Cavalier, after he fled on foot to avoid apprehension on March 17.
