EAST LIVERPOOL — In Municipal Court on Friday, Jerry P. Jackson, 25, Holiday Street, was fined $75 for driving under suspension (license forfeiture).

An Aug. 24 pretrial was set for Chelsae M. Anderson, 28, state Route 7, Lisbon, who pleaded not guilty to passing bad checks.

Henry L. Robinson, 25, state Route 45, Lisbon, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia.

A Sept. 20 pretrial was set for Anna I. Hineman, 20, Beaver Falls, Pa., who pleaded not guilty to OVI, driving under suspension (FRA) and failure to control.

A second arraingment date of Aug. 25 was set for Michelle M. Satmore, 24, Virginia Avenue, Chester, W.Va., for A charge of driving under suspension (OVI), amended from the original charge of driving under suspension (out-of-state drug suspension).

A Sept. 13 pretrial was set for Leon K. Mathews, 61, Penn Avenue, Midland, Pa., who pleaded not guilty to OVI and a turn signal violation.

A Sept. 21 pretrial was set for Joseph K. Elkins, 29, Monaca, Pa., who pleaded not guilty to drug abuse instruments.

A charge of driving under suspension (FRA) against Sheryl E. Cosgrove, 43, John Street, was dismissed.

Michael T. Humphries, 21, Virginia Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $150 for possession of marijuana.
