Blood drive planned at Beaver Local

LISBON — A blood drive is being planned at the Beaver Local School District. Student Council representatives Addie Green, McKenzie Ash, and Mason Boggs shared the plans with the Board of Education earlier this month. The drive is scheduled for Nov. 5 in partnership with the American Red Cross. According to information available online, requirements for the drive are that an individual must be at least 17 years old (or 16 with parental consent); must be in good health and weighing at least 110 pounds.
