Bratton – Westbrook

NORTH GEORGETOWN – Melinda Marie Bratton became the bride of Danny Ray Westbrook on July 9 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Barb Bratton, North Georgetown.

The groom is the son of Ruth Westbrook and the late Ray Westbrook, Leetonia.

Pastor Denise Gundersen officiated the 4 p.m. ceremony.

The bride wore a strapless gown of white satin and lace with sequins. She carried a bouquet of white roses, lilies, and carnations.

Briana Kale, niece of the bride, served as flower girl. Justin Kale, nephew of the bride, served as ring bearer. Bradley Kale, nephew of the bride, presided over the guestbook.

Brandon Grimminger, son of the bride, played the Trumpet Voluntary as his mother walked down the aisle.

A reception for approximately 60 guests was held in the fellowship hall at Emmanuel Lutheran church.

The bride is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Buckeye Elementary School and Salem City Schools.

The groom is the vice president of Lazy B Trailers in Bristolville.

The couple enjoyed a week honeymoon to Maine.
