Jayme Detweiler weds Ryan Crowell

SALEM – Jayme Lynn Detweiler and Ryan Scott Crowell were united in marriage May 30 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Uniontown, Pa.

The bride is the daughter of Mark and Anne Schilling Detweiler of Uniontown, Pa. She is the granddaughter of Berwyn and Lois Detweiler of Uniontown, Pa. and the late Max and Anna Mary Schilling of Connellsville, Pa.

The groom is the son of Barry and Marcie Crowell of Salem. He is the grandson of Gary and Wilma Moffett of Salem, and the late James and Jean Crowell of Lisbon.

Fr. Bob Lubic officiated the ceremony and the bride was given in marriage by her parents.

The bride works remotely as the social media manager and alumni magazine associate editor for Delta Gamma Fraternity Headquarters located in Columbus.

The groom is a CPA for Hack, Steer & Company accounting firm in Salem.

The couple celebrated their marriage on a honeymoon that began with several days in Venice, Italy and then embarked on a seven-day Mediterranean cruise which included stops in Croatia, Greece and Turkey.

Upon returning from their honeymoon they began moving into their new home in Canfield.
