SALEM – Brooke Kathleen Linsley became the bride of Matthew Alan Mowery on July 14 at Salem First Christian Church.
The bride is the daughter of Roger and Lynn Linsley, East Palestine
The groom is the son of Bill Mowery, Salem, and the late Janie Mowery.
The Rev. Leonard Moore performed the ceremony with musical arrangements by Mr. and Mrs. Attila Samu. Scripture readings were read by McKenzie Mowery, Kailyn Mowery and Hannah Mowery, cousins of the groom, all of Berlin Center.
The bride wore an ivory gown featuring a strapless, sweetheart neckline adorned with delicate embroidery and Swarovski crystals.
Melinda Paine, Hilliard, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Crawford, Columbus; Kate Fortney, Avon; Annie Montgomery, North Canton; Maura Piccano, Canfield; Erica (Burmeister) Speelman and Stephanie (Sage) Thomas, both of Alliance; and Emily (Cress) Linsley, sister-in-law of the bride, Lebanon. Flower girl was Charlotte Linsley, niece of the bride, Lebanon.
Performing the duties of best men were Andy Miller and Jarrod Niederhiser, both of Salem Groomsman were Andy Clutter, Louisville; Mark Jeckavitch, Columbus; Ben Miller; Salem; Darren Weingart, Hilton Head, South Carolina; Jeff Zimmerman, Traverse City, Michigan; and Jared Linsley, brother of the bride, Lebanon. Cody Dillon and Tim Smith, both of Salem, served as ushers.
A reception for approximately 350 guests followed at The Lake Club in Poland.
Following a honeymoon to Montego Bay, Jamaica, the couple reside in Salem.
