Sara Phlieger and Herman Frank III

Herman C. Frank III and Sara Phlieger are celebrating their recent engagement. The couple met in 2005 and pursued a romantic relationship in 2018.

Sara, a 2007 graduate of United High School, is a registered yoga teacher who obtained her certificate through Studio Oxygen. She works full time as a chemical dependency counselor assistant at Neil Kennedy Recovery Center.

Herman is a registered nurse at Mercy Health-St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. He also serves on village council in Washingtonville alongside his father, Mayor Herman Frank II, and his mother, councilwoman Peggy Frank.

Plans for an intimate exchange of vows are being made for a future date.
