COLUMBIANA -- Wynn and Becky Cooper, Columbiana, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amber Cooper to Darren Ray, son of David and Karen Ray, Leetonia.
The bride-elect earned her licensed practical nursing degree from Columbiana County Career and Technical Center. She is currently employed at Crandall Medical Center in Sebring.
Her fiance earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from Kent State University. He is currently employed as a software analyst for Mercy Health in Youngstown.
Invitations will be issued for an Oct. 6 wedding.
