EAST LIVERPOOL -- Sarah Dawn Price, daughter of Melissa and Steve Reckner and the late Jeff Price, East Liverpool; and Dennis Lee Hildebrand, son of Phil and Janet Brinker, Rogers, are announcing their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is employed at the Morning Journal in Lisbon.
Her fiance is a 1989 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is employed as a project manager at TUV Rheinland Industrial Solutions in Aliquippa, Pa.
The couple plans a July 21, 2017 wedding.
