EAST LIVERPOOL -- Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shansky of East Liverpool and Franklin Klink of Greencastle, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Katharine Klink, to Matthew Davis Carr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Scott Carr and Nora Carr, all of Columbus.
The bride elect is a graduate of The Ohio State University and is a registered nurse. Her fiance is a financial analyst. They both currently reside in Columbus.
An April wedding is planned.
