EAST LIVERPOOL -- William and Kathie Rogers and James Hayden, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter Emily Ann Hayden to Raymond Arthur Detwiler, son of Arthur and Christine Detwiler, Austintown.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Ohio Valley College of Technology with a degree in medical assisting.
Her fiance is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in CIS. He is the vice president and partner for 45Press in Austintown.
The wedding and reception will take place Oct. 29, 2016 at Mountaineer Racetrack and Gaming Resort by invitation only.
