NEW CUMBERLAND, W.Va. – Joe and Judy Gibson, New Cumberland, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Angel Dawn Gibson to Adam Ray Hickman, son of Vickie Hoyt, East Liverpool, and Donnie Hickman, Wellsville.
The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of Oak Glen High School and is employed as a waitress at Connie’s Corner in Chester.
Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is employed at the Walmart Distribution Center in Wintersville.
The wedding is planned for June 24, 2016.
