Phillis – Pirl
LISBON – Scott and Peggy Phillis, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Rebeckah Elaine Phillis to Nicholas Shane Pirl, son of Lee and Lisa Pirl, Connellsville, Pa.
The bride-elect is a 2014 graduate of Southern Local and is attending Eastern Gateway Community College for a degree in accounting and will graduate in 2016. She is employed at Tim Horton’s in East Liverpool.
Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of Beaver Local and attended Kent State University. He is a store manager for Rent-A-Center, Salem.
The couple is planning to wed Feb. 27 at Phillips Christian Church, Salem, with a reception following at Trinity Friends Church, Lisbon.
