LISBON – Edward and Susan Toolis, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amy L. Toolis, to Joseph L. Rouse, son of Jerry and Rita Boocks, Strattanville, Pa.
The bride-elect has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the College of Wooster and is employed as a research chemist at PPG Industries of Allison Park, Pa.
Her fiance is employed at Gordon Terminal Services, Pittsburgh, Pa.
The couple plans to wed Aug. 27, 2016 in Mercer, Pa.
