EAST PALESTINE – Rick and Patty Mesmer, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Amanda Rae Mesmer to David Lloyd Miller, son of Lloyd Miller of Toronto, and Rebecca Miller of Tampa, Fla.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing home administration from Youngstown State University and will graduate in May 2016 with a master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University. She is currently employed as an administrative coordinator with UPMC in Cranberry Township, Pa.
Her fiance received a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science from West Liberty University. He is currently employed as a laboratory technician with UPMC in Verona, Pa.
An October 2016 wedding is planned in Youngstown and the couple will continue to reside in Pittsburgh, Pa.
