ROGERS – Debbie Jones, Rogers and Roger Heath, Lisbon, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Mandy Heath Haldiman, to Randy Hamrick Jr., son of Sharon and Jack Showers, Rogers.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Beaver Local High School and a 2012 graduate of Ohio Valley College of Technology. She has an associate’s degree in business and accounting and is employed as an advertising consultant at The Review Newspaper.
Her fiance is a 2008 graduate of Beaver Local High School and is a student at Kent State University. He is employed as a pressure casting technician at Homer Laughlin China Co.
