NEW WATERFORD – Jim and Maribeth Bieber, North Lima, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Heather Ann Bieber, to Daniel S. Scott Jr., son of Daniel Scott, Youngstown, and Robin Scott, New Waterford.
The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of South Range High School and Casal Aveda Institute. She will continue her college education by attending Geneva College.
Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Crestview High School, CCCTC and TCCTC. He is employed as an automotive technician at Fred Martin Ford, Austintown.
The couple is planning a Sept. 4 afternoon wedding at St. James Church in Boardman Park by invitation with an evening reception at Avion on the Water.
