EAST LIVERPOOL – Larry and Susan Schneider, East Liverpool are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kayla E. Schneider to Joshua M. Weiss, son of Deborah and Harry Weiss, Mineral Ridge.
The couple plans to wed Sept. 12 at Mountaineer Race Track and Gaming Resort with a reception to follow.
