AUSTINTOWN – Kim Seabrook, Austintown, and Bob Seabrook, Youngstown, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Keri Ann Seabrook, to Shawn Dean Neff, son of Ann Neff, Boardman and Brian Neff, Austintown.
The bride-elect is a 2010 graduate of East Palestine High School and a 2014 graduate of Westminster College with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
Her fiance is a 2011 graduate of East Palestine High School and will be a 2015 graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications.
The couple are planning a June 2015 wedding with reception to follow at The Links at Firestone Farms.
