EAST PALESTINE – Robert and Cindy Green, East Palestine, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Casey Lester, to Lee Shetler, the son of Mike and Carol Shetler of New Waterford.
The bride-elect also is the daughter of the late Terry Lester.
