EAST LIVERPOOL – John and Mary Arnoldi, Rock Springs, Wyoming, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Brogan Antoinette Arnoldi, to Craig Andrew Steininger, son of Gayle and Orville Steininger, East Liverpool.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Rock Springs High School and a 2013 graduate of the University of California, Merced. She is an executive financial controller at Lewis & Lewis, Inc., in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Her fiance is a 2000 graduate of Beaver Local and attended Kent State University. He is also a US Navy veteran and works as an engineer for Warrior Energy Services.
The couple is planning an Aug. 22 wedding at the four seasons in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
