SALEM – James and Cheryl Bates, Salem, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Victoria Ruth Bates, to Kyle William Hiscox, son of Kevin and Tammy Hiscox, Lisbon.
The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of United Local High School. She is employed with Casal’s de Spa and Salon in Howland.
Her fiance is a 2009 graduate of Lisbon David Anderson High School and is employed as a signal maintainer for Norfolk Southern.
The couple is planning a Nov. 1 wedding and reception at the Links at Firestone Farms.
