EAST LIVERPOOL – Kim and Tammy Lockhart, East Liverpool, are announcing the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Donnetta Lockhart, to Richard Husk, son of Randy and Tracy Hartley, Salem.
The couple is planning a Sept. 13 wedding at a family member’s private property.
