Finley Ann Smith

Josh and Morgan Smith announce the birth of their daughter, Finley Ann Smith, born April 4, 2024 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Boardman.

Finley was born at 5:47 p.m., weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 20 inches long. She joins big brother, Walker.

Grandparents are Scott and Trudy Campbell of East Liverpool and Mike and Lori Smith of Benwood, W.Va.
