EAST LIVERPOOL — Jacob and Hilary Long on East Liverpool, announce the birth of their daughter, Carlee Jean Long, February 2, 2023 at St. Elizabeth’s in Boardman.

Carlee weighed 6 pounds 3 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth. She joins siblings Caleb, Axel and Nova.

Grandparents are Tom and Cindy Carnes of East Liverpool and Mark Long and Becky Withers, both of Salem. Great-grandparent is Samuel Watson of East Liverpool.
