Lilliana Kymberli Klein, born Sept. 13 at St. Elizabeth’s-Boardman Campus to Chase and Sierriah Klein of East Liverpool.

Lilliana weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins sisters Kalayah and Gracelyn.

Grandparents are Melissa Klein of Wellsville and Brian and Miranda Humphrey of East Liverpool.

Great-grandparents are Jeff and Kym Smith of East Liverpool and Mike Payne of Wellsville.
