Jay and Chelsea Cargnel of Bell School Road, East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Nolan Joseph Lee Cargnel July 14 at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Nolan was 6 pounds, 15 ounces. He joins a brother, Rowan Cargnel, 5.
Maternal grandparents are Janet Stanley of East Liverpool and Sandi and Michael Cargnel of Parma.
Great-grandparents are Nick Kleich of East Liverpool, Melvin Gunter of Austintown and Richard Cargnel of New Philadelphia.
