Dan Marchbanks of Salem celebrated his 100th birthday at Ezios Restaurant with family and friends on Jan. 26. He grew up in Dungannon, served in the Army during World War II in Europe and worked as a heavy equipment operator and supervisor for BFI. He and his late wife Louise were happily married for 68 years.
