EAST PALESTINE -- Michael Mizenko and Cynthia Hartle, East Palestine announce the birth of their son, Ryan Scott Mizenko on November 3, 2021 at St. Elizabeth's in Boardman.
Ryan weighed 7 lbs. 3 ounces at birth. He joins siblings Nevaeh Courtney, Lexus Mizenko, Katleigh Mizenko, Michael Mizenko, Jackson Mizenko and Adam Mizenko.
Grandparents are Michael and Leola Mizenko, East Palestine and Janet and Brian Harris, Lucasville, Ohio.
