EAST LIVERPOOL -- Michael and Camila Wamsley announce the birth of their daughter, Lylah Michelle Wamsley, on April 26, 2020 at St. Elizabeth's.
Lylah weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 21 inches long at birth. She joins a sister, Lexie Karina Wamsley.
Grandparents are Steve and Beth Shaffer of East Liverpool, Mike Wamsley of Midland, Pa., and Maristela Ferreira DaCarmo and Celio Luis Mendes, both of Matipo, Brazil.
