Nova Reign Barr

NEW PHILADELPHIA — Rebekkah and Steven Barr, Jr. announce the birth of their daughter, Nova Reign on Jan. 15, 2020 in New Philadelphia.

Nova was 18.5 inches long and weighed 7 pounds, 1.4 ounces. She joins a brother, Draesin Matthew Phillips, at home. She also has two stepsisters, Kilah Deon and Nia Rae.

Paternal grandparents are Candy and Mike Johns of Transfer, Pa., and Steve Barr, Sr. of Negley. Maternal grandparents are Bill and Rachell Keenan of Massillon.
