Jenson Wayne weighed 6 pounds at birth. He joins siblings, Connor, 16; Colin, 13; and Mason, 5.
Maternal grandparents are Scott and Peggy Phillis, Lisbon.
Paternal grandparents are Richard and Anna Barnhart, East Liverpool.
