SALINEVILLE -- China Willis and Michael Hipsley, Salineville, are announcing the birth of their son, Carter James Hipsley, Sept. 13, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital.
Carter James was 6 pounds, 9 ounces at birth. He joins siblings, Maddon Hipsley, Kaiden Crooms and Preston Willis.
Maternal grandparents are Rachael Frank, Brian Frank and William Willis.
Paternal grandparents are Tina Lockhart, Tom Simmons and Rick Hipsley.
Great-grandparents are Jim and Jeannie Brammer, and Fran Hipsley.
