NEGLEY -- Mandy and Chad McCowin, Negley, are announcing the birth of their son, Jax Steven McCowin, Sept. 22, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Boardman.

Jax Steven weighed 5 pounds, 14 ounces at birth. He joins siblings, Blake, 9; Tarynn, 7; and Cain, 4.

Maternal grandparents are Marcella and George Mackall, Negley.

Paternal grandparents are Bill and Beth McCowin, Perrysburg; and Evelyn and Todd Davis, Negley.

Great-grandparents are Ruth and Herb Duwe, Negley.
