BOARDMAN -- Ashely and Justin Shilot, Boardman, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Hailey Noelle Shilot, on Feb. 3, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Boardman.
Hailey Noelle weighed 8 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21.5 inches long at birth.
