EAST LIVERPOOL -- Janelle and Noah Skrinjar, East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Stetson Nicholas, Aug. 22, 2017 at Weirton Medical Center.
Stetson weighed 8 pounds, 8 ounces at birth. He joins a sister, Jade Ann, 3.
Maternal grandparents are Janis and Diane Baltputnis, Salem.
Paternal grandparents are Steve and Marcie Skrinjar, Rogers.
Great-grandparents are Shirley Thompson, Hanoverton, and Mary Thompson, East Liverpool.
