EAST LIVERPOOL -- Cierra Lynn Whaley and Dana Ray Inherst are announcing the birth of their son, Castiel Christopher Inherst, March 13 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Castiel weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces at birth. He joins siblings Wyatt Whaley, 9; Isaiah Inherst, 6; and Jeremiah Inherst, 2.
Maternal grandparents are James Lykens, Jr., and Michelle Whaley, both of Salineville.
Paternal grandmother is Kathleen Townsend, East Liverpool.
Great-grandmother is Diana Cronin, Lisbon.
