WELLSVILLE -- Heather Detrick and Darrel Highley are announcing the birth of their son, Ethan Douglas Highley, March 23 at St. Elizabeth Boardman.

Ethan weighed 9 pounds, 9 ounces at birth. He joins siblings Justin Savage and Zoee Savage.

Maternal grandmother is Cindy McNair, East Palestine.

Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Joyce Highley, East Liverpool.
