NORTH JACKSON -- Dr. Abbey and Jonathon McCann are announcing the birth of their son, Emmett Oliver David McCann, Dec. 27, 2016 at St. Elizabeth's Boardman.
Emmett weighed 4 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 and three-quarters inches long at birth.
