EAST PALESTINE --Jamie and Eddie Hostetter, East Palestine, are announcing the birth of their daughter, Piper Michele Hostetter, Dec. 9 at Salem Regional Medical Center.
Piper weighed 6 pounds, 15.4 ounces and was 20 inches long at birth. She joins siblings Ryder Wayne, 4, and Logan Michael, 2.
Grandmother is Joan Kline, East Palestine.
