Kole Welsh

EAST LIVERPOOL – Kelsie Caudill and Jacob Welsh, East Liverpool, are announcing the birth of their son, Kole Patrick Welsh Sept. 28 at St. Elizabeth’s.

Kole weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces at birth. He joins a brother, Landon Welsh.

Maternal grandparents are Wesley Caudill and Kimberley Rinestine.

Paternal grandparents are Michael and Donna Welsh.
