LISBON – Bernice Robb Monter will celebrate her 90th birthday from 2-4 p.m. Oct. 15 at Lisbon United Methodist Church.
Bernice graduated from high school in Follansbee, W.Va., then received her bachelor’s degree from West Liberty State College in 1948.
After college she became a Business Education teacher at David Anderson High School where she taught typing, shorthand and COE until 1978.
She has been a 60-year member of the Lisbon United Methodist Church and served as financial secretary for 27 years.
