Jim and Cindy (Hupp) Williams celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 19, 1974 at the First United Methodist Church of Lisbon by then Rev. Arden Beck.

Jim worked at the former NRM of Columbiana and was a machinist for most of his career, finishing up working for Brave Ind. in East Palestine before his retirement. He since enjoys being with his kids anad watching the grandkids play sports and grow up. In addition to being an active member of the First United Methodist Church of Lisbon, he is also a member of the Lions Club in East Palestine, enjoys walking and socializing.

Cindy worked at the Fonderlac Country Club in Boardman as well as Nemenz Grocery Store and retail sales in women’s clothing. Also retired, she enjoys her kids and grandkids, watching them play sports and grow up, as she has all her life.

Their children include: Joey and Anne Golden (Drake and Ella) of Leetonia, Steve and Gina Williams (Jack and Caroline) of Hudson, Dave and Dena Gotthardt (Morgan, Holly and Cameron) of Columbiana, Jerry and Susan Reynolds (Aaron and Brandon) of Louisville and one great-grandson, Weston.
