James and Mary Lynch

James H. Lynch and Mary T. McCarthy were married at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on July 14, 1951.

Their children include Colleen Lynch Beesinger of College Station, Texas, James Michael Lynch of East Palestine, Ohio, and Mark Joseph Lynch (Tiffany) of Jensen Beach, Florida.

They also have six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

James “Jim” Lynch previously served as mayor of East Palestine. Jim and Mary owned The Bulldog Restaurant.

They look forward to celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary on Wednesday.
