EAST LIVERPOOL -- William and Billie Jo Carnegie will celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary on Aug. 11. The East Liverpool couple were married on Aug. 11, 1990 at Wintersville Community Chapel, with Delbert Lash officiating.
Mr. Carnegie has been employed for 20 years at Kentak Products in East Liverpool. Mrs. Carnegie is a homemaker. They are the parents of two children: Mrs. Chelsey (John) Bell of Wellsville and Mrs. Stacey (Eric) Gooding of East Liverpool. There are six grandchildren.
