COLUMBIANA – John and Sharon Felger of Columbiana will celebrate 50 years of marriage on Aug. 25.
The former Sharon Bennett, daughter of Pat and Ina Bennett, married John Felger, son of Frank and Glenna Felger, Aug. 25, 1966, in a ceremony performed at the Emmanual United Brethren Church by the Rev. Guy E. Smith.
Mrs. Felger is retired from E.R. Advanced Ceramics after 43 years as a presser and packer.
Mr. Felger is retired from Youngstown and Southern Railroad after 27 years as a trackman.
Both are members of the Lake Mount Church of Christ.
They have one son, John M. (Josette) Felger, East Palestine, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
